Bournemouth and Sheffield Student Property Made Easy
For the perfect Bournemouth or Sheffield student property just follow these 4 simple steps.
1. Choose Your Student Housing
Can’t view before signing? No problem, we will email images of available student accommodation or you can view our properties online. Details of potential flat mates can also be provided and we make every effort to meet special requirements such as single-sex accommodation. Storage for suitcases is also available.
2. Book Your Student Accommodation
Everything is done in one go; see our booking page for details, and download our application pack. To secure your room you can pay your deposit by card, or over the phone.
3. Understand Your Omnia Space Tenancy
Rent payments are taken in 3 or 10 instalments so long as you have a UK-based guarantor. If not though you can pay for your rent in full. We do our best to be flexible about move-in dates and times, as well as tenancy lengths.
4. Remember: Our team Are Here to Help
