They’re all in great locations, they’re contemporary with high-specification fixtures, fittings and facilities, and they’re already attracting a lot of attention from students moving to Sheffield or looking for a new property within the city. “The great thing about them all is that not only are they competitively priced with no deposit to pay and offered inclusive of bills, they all have a 24/7 maintenance team on site. While this might not be a huge selling point for the students themselves, it’s sure to be an added bonus for parents.”
